Techniques to Secure
OSB or plywood cut in size can serve as a box bottom to cover the pallet. Made from OSB, hardboard or plywood, we use techniques to secure the lids that fit tight to cover the box. Lids could also be made from wood and come in various sizes to fit pallet collar dimensions.
The cover enables the separation of boxes made from pallet collars and the piling of several levels of pallets.
Hardboard, OSB, and wood lids are wholly tight and can be successfully used by different industries or in any environment requiring high tightness standards. In addition, they lower storage and transportation costs.

Pallet Collars’ LID is a stable solution to get tough boxes and provide good protection when stacking products.
To provide a complete secure covering for the pallet’s contents, the box can be strapped with a polyester strapping band to prevent the pallet’s contents from shifting during transport.
